Private Sessions
Private Sessions - these are crafted for couples and individuals who are interested in growing their own personal capacity for intimacy with self and/or others, or who may need support and guidance around opening more fully to expressing their own unique creative essence. Freedom to Fly private sessions can also offer deep healing and release from negative holding patterns around our bodies, sexuality and relationships. These sessions can include deep listening, breath work, movement meditation, body work, Alchemical massage, de-armouring and embodiment practices, and are approximately 2.5hrs long. Each session is individually crafted, specifically to meet the needs of the client.
